30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@code1385.com with your order number and a short note about what's wrong. We'll reply with simple return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as promised, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. A quick photo helps us sort it out fast.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
